HISAO Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with original tags attached. Notice these items are limited and an exchange might not be available due to the possibility of sizes selling out. If such an instance should occur, you will be completely refunded. 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. 

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
